There's no artist we've seen more times this year than Philadelphia's beloved Amanda Blank. With the release of her debut album, I Love You, gaining rave reviews from Camp Beaston, along with multiple live shows, and a pretty killer chat with yours truly, we're 100% behind all things Blank. So when announced she was opening for electroclash icon Peaches, we couldn't ensure our attendance quick enough.

We've been lucky enough to see the quick-lipped mistress with a foulmouthed flytrap perform for crowds of anywhere from 30 to 3000, so in her debut tour date with opener, Jessica 6, as well as the aforementioned headliner, we couldn't have been prouder and more excited to see what sort of stage show we were about to witness.

With trusted buddies, Devlin and Darko, manning the decks, Blank launched into the Beaston favorite, Something Bigger Something Better, complete with hints of Missy Elliott drops on the off beats. (don't think we didn't catch that, boys!)

With a freshened up vibe washed over each of her songs, Blank left no inch of the stage untouched as she kept the crowd energized with her flare for the "I'm gonna get in your face" lyrical delivery.

Highlights included the addition of Lemme Get Some to the set list, a track we had yet to see performed live. Blank also brought out four of Philly's finest to back her in organized dance for two songs.

Amanda Blank continues on tour through January 2010. Dates can be found here and you can view more pictures from her performance at Terminal 5 here.
