Too much Des Roar is never enough!

If you dig an old throwback rock and roll vibe with a bit of a surf rock feel, I'd recommend checking out NYC band Des Roar.

At times trading vocals on tracks between drummer Lyla Vander and guitarist Alan O'Keeffe, this nifty outfit combines garage rock influences with snart lyrics. It's good old fashioned rock and roll and the sound is definitely an NYC-influenced one. Some would say that's not a compliment, but I think it's a positive thing.

Two tracks you should definitely scoop up are How Much is Too Much and When in Rome. 2 different vibes, each one with either Lyla or Alan on vocals. Both equally excellent.

Des Roar has a slew of shows coming up in NYC. (details below) Show up and show some love!
