Muse is [are?] back with a fire in their belly and a fist full of riffs in hand. With the upcoming release of their album, The Resistance, on Septmebr 13, leaked tracks have obviously spring forth, but today, we've got visual proof that the boys are back in fine form.

The first official single is Uprising, a throbbily steady track that will appease both longtime Muse-heads, as well as a new breed of fans. Check out the video.

Apparently, this album was influenced by everyone from Gary Gliiter to T. Rex to Goldfrapp, according to a recent interview done on Australian radio. Muse notes that they have created a rock version of a disco-ey and dancey of those mentioned.

We like. We love. We uprise!
