In my most honest moment, I will gladly tell you that it's been years since i stepped foot in an actual gym for workout pleasures. See, I like to get my sweat on by dancing the day AND night away. And now, Equinox, they of the stellar gym aesthetic, have combined the inevitable duo of dance music and fitness with their new EQ Sessions Celebrity Sets, which launches today.

And who better to kick off the exclusive celebrity sets than the "Mistress of Muscle" herself: Madonna*.

Equinox Creative Director, Bianca Kosoy, notes that a new music mix will be added monthly, building on the brands’ It’s Not Fitness, It’s Life platform. The Celebrity Sets will roll out organically, weaving in with the monthly scheduled releases of EQ Sessions, rather than following a specific timeline.

“We want to ensure that the music is relevant. To keep it in line with the discovery focus, we need to give the guest DJs relatively short lead times so that the music is current, and reflects their thinking at that moment in time."

Celebrity Sets mixed by the following megastars are already in the works: Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Stevie Nicks, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, Michael Buble and DJ Paul Sevigny.

So that begs the question: "What DOES Madonna work out to in order to keep her guns gargantuan?" Take a look at the track list she mixed and then go get the playlist here.
