See, I KNEW this week was going to be good after the most abysmal stretch of 7 days last week. Started off the morning with the sun in my face, a gentleman randomly gave me 5 dollars on the subway cause he said it looked like i "had the GROOVE" this morning, and now we have a GORGEOUS interpretation of the anthemic Royksopp track, The Girl and The Robot.

If you're looking for an electronic bleep and bloop rework/fix of the already genius track, you've come to the wrong spot. However, if you want a dramatic orchestral spin on the song, then by all means, keep a reading on!

Davide Rossi has worked with the likes of Coldplay, The Verve and Goldfrapp, also having arranged the strings on Junior. With this tragically beatiful, um, I guess you could say, cover [almost], my heartstrings have been tugged and this was the most pleasant way to begin the day. There are minimal vocals, and the composition soars.
