Nick Jr.'s Yo Gabba Gabba! TV show has quickly moved from cult status to mainstream acclaim and one look at the caliber of artists involved in this joint Nickelodeon and Sony BMG project lets you know how far and wide the show reaches.


The first album from the hit Nick Jr. series features 13 tracks from the first and second seasons, including music from The Ting Tings, The Roots and Mark Kozelek of Sun Kil Moon and The Red House Painters. Additionally, hip hop legend Biz Markie lends his talent on the unique Biz's Beat of the Day segment.

Produced by Charles Rivkin and Jon Berrett, Yo Gabba Gabba! stars host DJ Lance Rock (Lance Robertson) who brings to life four friendly monsters and a robot in a colorful land of music and laughter. The series highlights simple life lessons, through original song in short, thematically linked segments, featuring animation, walk-around puppets and real kids. Yo Gabba Gabba! showcases a diverse range of music genres for children including, Pop, 80s, Electronic, New Wave, British Invasion, Hip Hop and more.
