The new Fatboy Slim project, The BPA (The Brighton Port Authority) was created by Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim) in collaboration with David Byrne, Dizzee Rascal, Emmy The Great, Iggy Pop, Pete York, Jack Penate, Jamie T, Martha Wainwright, Conan, Olly Hite, Lateef, Ashley Beedle, Simon Thornton, Thomas Gandey, and Justin Robertson.

The BPA's first single, Toe Jam, pairs David Byrne and Dizzee Rascal. It's a saucy little tune mixing two unique styles with some infectious horns. The Database remix is equally as savory.

However, the tune isn't quite the same if you're not watching some strategically placed censor strips. The video is pure perfection.

The BPA's debut album will be available in the US on January 20, 2009. We haven't been this excited about a project in, well, it's been looong.
