Who doesn't love Junior Senior? Their song Move Your Feet is probably the only thing that kept me in shape during the summer between my junior and senior years of college (ironic that it be betwixt those 2 years!)

Honestly, my downstairs neighbors used to get so mad at me. Not only for playing this so loudly at all hours of the night, but for dancing around like a galloping herd of Clydesdales to this beat. (and I've discussed my severe case of dweebdom before, and yes, there is choreography I made up to it...shh...)

But alas, it's not Junior Senior I'm ready to wax too poetic about. Rather, I'd like to focus on Senior. (real name Jeppe)


Jeppe is going Junior-less in preparation for his debut solo effort. Relax. 'Tis not the end of Junior Senior. Just a slight diversion off the path of duo-ed greatness.

The first we're hearing from him is a cover/reworking of the Fine Young Cannibals song Johnny Come Home. Now, I love me some FYC and that song of theirs. But Jeppe works his magic on the joint, and I must admit, I'm looking forward to more of what Senior is doing sans Junior.
