Chicago's finest femcee star in the making, Kid Sister, is finally releasing her long-anticipated debut album, Ultraviolet, on October 6th via Downtown Records.


Originally titled Dream Date, and set for release in September of last year, she pulled a daring move and asked the label to hold off on releasing it.

In her words:
"There were a few things about the album that irked me...the album wasn't cohesive".

That being said, Downtown allowed her to make the album that she wanted, and she went back to work with executive producer A-Trak and the rest of the Fool's Gold crew.

And now today, we're been treated with the announcement of a new song from the album. Right Hand Hi is a complete anthem from the get-go. There's a house undertone to the song that makes me wanna bounce. And with her signature flow and spit, Kid Sister makes it known that the pushed back release will well be worth the wait.
