The Sweptaways are from Sweden and consist of thirty women in coordinated costumes who sing choir-arranged a capella versions of pop tunes. They long for the stage and their extravagant live performances are proof as to their immense talent.
Their debut album, Ooh Aah, was released in 2006, followed by a Christmas EP in 2007. Earlier this year, The Sweptaways released their second album, The Sweptaways Show, where the choir ladies were honored to work with other notable Swedish artists including Robyn, Kleerup and Pelle Almqvist.
